LMHC & LCSW Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
• Meet regularly with clients for effective and meaningful counseling.
• Provide for clients' needs in a culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• Master's in Counseling or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure in Florida as an LMHC or LCSW in accordance with the regulations of the state.
• Insurance credentialing with Florida Blue, Medicare, UHC, Aetna and other insurance carriers is BIG PLUS, but not required to apply.
